To include a picture in any post choose a free image service.

There are plenty of image host services:

http://dmoz.org/Computers/Internet/On_the_Web/Web_Applications/Photo_Sharing/Image_Hosting/

Choose one with not registration required.

Upload your photo and write down the address (usually will return the "phpbb forum code")

Then use the Img tags form the posting options, it looks something similar to
