Learn More about RSS Feeds
RSS feed is a syndicated file, usually free, you can include news, articles, sports, weather into your site, and it will update automatically.
The challenge is how to convert from the format RRS to HTML.
I used this tutorial from Maricopa Learning Exchange via Javascript, everything is there, just download all the pieces and you insert a simple script on your page.
I tried multiple solutions and I thinK this is the best:

Alan, helped me all the way.
I did not know anything about RSS, and I was able to place culture news on my site SAN CRISTOBAL ANTIQUES http://www.vialin.com in 2 days.
Here you will find syndicated content for your site:

Notes from Alan:
The PHP Parsing Code
It is not rocket science, brain surgery, or even tax return level code. The parses uses the Onyx-RSS code from ReadingEd (Note, this site is gone, Ed has moved on, but we are getting ready to post the documentation from this site), which does all of the hard work and even sets up optional cache directories.
For the code minded (please, run it on your server not mine , here is the rss2js.php script and the rss2html.php script (for noscript linked alternatives) or a zip archive with the code and the other pieces.
Other Solutions
There are many ways to skin a cat, so here are some other tools that can take an RSS feed as a parameter and return a JavaScript source file for inclusion in any web page
Adam Curry's JavaScript RSS-Box Viewer
http://publish.curry.com/rss/
David Carter-Tod's Wytheville Community College News Service

CaRP: Caching RSS Parser

Infinite Penguins RSS Viewer

RSS-xpress Lite from UKOLN at the University of Bath

I suggest no only to read feeds, just create your own. news or blogs...
Now Yahoo is accepting news feeds on a beta version of RSS headlines:
http://e.my.yahoo.com/config/promo_content?.module=ycontent
1. Just create your <rss>.xml file
Do not know how? I did a copy paste and I update it manually.
Here is http://www.vialin.com/rss.xml
Remember rss feeds are not static files, the trick is to update it regularly.
xml help here:
http://www.kriyayoga.com/how_to/how_to_rss.html
2. Add your .xml file to my-yahoo, yahoo will spider in terms of minutes
and yahoo will added to the index (so get listed for free in yahoo)
Check my news using my-yahoo:
http://add.my.yahoo.com/rss?url=http://www.vialin.com/rss.xml
3. Subcribe your feed to http://www.syndic8.com/
and http://www.bloglines.com
Here are more resources about using RSS and Atom, from a non-technical standpoint.

What is RSS? Really Simple Syndication, Rich Site Summary. RSS is a text-based format, a type of XML
