Our politic is to please our
customers.
Shipping and Handling
Most of the cases we ship in
1-2 business days. Glass or special handling items
require more time for packaging about 5 business days.
We do ship international. Breakable items will be packed using double box system
and if necessary we use Instapak Foam ©. We
prefer to ship by USPS, but we
will ship using other carriers upon request.
Ground services are not available from Puerto
Rico to US mainland. Insurance is required in most of the cases.
Uninsured items are not subject to returns unless specified.
Payments
We accept cashier checks,
money orders, money wire and credit cards by Paypal.
Personal checks need to wait until check clears. We
have available layaway for two months with
20% of the total amount. Please email for details.
Returns
We accept returns, with
previous authorization. Returned items are subject to
7% restocking fee. Shipping expenses are not reimbursable. Once you click checkout you
